Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup scallions, greens only, 1/8 inch slice
1 tablespoon toasted sesame
oil
1 tablespoon sambal-oelek
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, scallions, sesame oil and
sambal-oelek. Use immediately or store. |
