Ingredients: 1 ripe mango, peeled and roughly chopped 1 large
shallot, peeled and roughly chopped 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon
sambal-oelek Juice of 1
orange 2 tablespoons grapseed or canola oil Salt and pepper to
taste
Directions: In a blender, combine the mangos,
shallots, vinegar, sambal-oelek and orange juice. Blend at high speed and blend
in the oil. Season to taste with the salt and pepper |
