Serves 4

1 pound
green beans (washed, ends removed, cut in half), blanched and shocked in
cold water
1 pound ground pork, can use ground turkey
2 jalapenos, minced
4 tablespoons Roasted
Garlic Ginger Soy
Grapeseed oil to cook
Salt and pepper to taste
Steamed white rice, to serve

In a
hot wok coated with oil, sauté the pork and jalapenos until well
browned, about 6-8 minutes. Note: be sure to break up the pork
while cooking. Add the green beans and 4 tablespoons of the Roasted
Garlic Ginger Soy and toss to coat.
Plating
Divide the rice among four plates and top with equal amounts of
the green beans and pork. |
