This sushi knife is a great tool for the home chef to use for slicing of long pieces of fish and vegetables. Similar to those used by traditional Japanese sushi chefs, the thin blade is sharpened on the right side only. A single edge cuts cleaner and faster than a double-edged knife.  The 7” advanced ceramic blade will stay ultra sharp at least 10 times longer than a steel blade, ensuring precision cuts every time. The advanced ceramic blade is also chemically inert, so no transfer of taste or smell and it will never rust. Packaged in a convenient lidded black box for easy access and storage.
