At Ming.com, SERVICE is our most important product. We stress the importance of quick delivery, in-stock products, and good old fashioned customer service!

Our Online Support Team is dedicated to providing quality assistance to our customers. We offer support by phone, email, and fax. It is our policy to reply to customers email requests, if not immediately, within one business day. If we can not effectively resolve customers requests, we will strive to provide feedback to you within 1-2 business days from the time of your call or email. A Problem With Your Order?
In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the product received was defective or damaged please contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon receipt.  We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  


How Do I Return a Package?
If you need to return your merchandise, please notify MingsPantry.com within 10 days of receipt.  We will instruct you on how to ship the product back to insure a prompt refund.  

We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all of our products in new and unused condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund).  For your protection, please ship the item, along with a copy of the packing slip, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address.

Shipping FAQ's

Please remember that UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.  Plan your shipping options accordingly.  When estimating your shipping time, please allow 24 hours for internal processing and packing and only count business days in your estimate.  When receipt date is critical, please feel free to contact customer service to confirm expected shipping and delivery date.

Your order is processed immediately and usually shipped (M-F) within 24 hours in most cases. Many times your order is shipped the same day we receive it.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands?
Yes, we will be glad to. 
Please select
the "Alaska, Hawaii, PR, US VI, Guam" shipping option.  Some restrictions may apply to certain products.  We only offer shipping by Post Office Priority Mail for packages being delivered to HI, AK, PR, Guam and the US Virgin Islands and the Three Day, Two Day and Next Day shipping is not offered there.  Three Day, Two Day and Next Day shipping is only available in the continental United States.  Please note, certain heavy and oversized items items to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands may require additional shipping charges  Please review the item details for these restrictions. 

Do you ship to Canada and outside the United States?
No, we do not ship to Canada or outside the United States at this time. 

Do you ship to APO boxes?
We ship to United States APO boxes by Post Office Priority Mail.  Certain restrictions may apply.
Additional shipping may be required for heavy items

Large Quantities and Heavy Items

Posted Shipping rates are not factored for large quantities or for items identified as "Heavy Items".  Additional Shipping costs may be required.  Please contact Customer Service.

General Delivery Information

Although we instruct UPS to leave your order at your door without signature, please arrange to have someone available to receive your order from UPS at the address you specify.  We are not responsible for delays in receipt should the UPS at its discretion not leave your package for security reasons or any other reason at an unattended shipping address you specify.
