Ming is the Chef and Owner of Blue Ginger, an East/West bistro located in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Named the James Beard 2002 Best Chef Northeast, he is also an Emmy Award-winning host that can currently be seen on Public Television's SIMPLY MING.  His first two books were entitled Blue Ginger and Simply Ming.
